If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any processing fees (e.g. PayPal or Razorpay fees).
🚧 After Work Has Started:
If you cancel after work has begun, we will deduct charges based on the time and effort already invested in the project.
This may include:
Consultation time
Research and design drafts
Hosting, domain or premium plugin/theme purchases (if applicable)
❌ Non-Cancellable Items:
We cannot cancel or refund for:
Completed projects
Third-party services like domain registration, premium plugins, themes, or hosting purchased on your behalf
Custom or rush delivery services
💰 Refund Policy
We aim for clarity and honesty. Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible Refunds:
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work (as per signed proposal or email confirmation)
If there is a technical fault on our end and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
If a refund request is made within 7 days of payment, provided the work hasn’t progressed significantly
❌ Non-Refundable Situations:
Change of mind after work has started
Delay in content or communication from client’s side
Lack of functionality due to 3rd-party tool or plugin limitations
Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences, where the agreed scope has been delivered
SEO and maintenance plans once started (due to continuous service nature)
🔁 Revisions Instead of Refunds
We are happy to revise work (within scope) before offering a refund. Most concerns can be resolved with clear communication.
Each package includes a specific number of free revisions as per our services page.
