4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin any custom website or SEO project.

  • The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion or prior to the website going live.

  • For maintenance and subscription plans, payments are monthly or annual, in advance.

  • Payments are accepted via Razorpay, PayPal, or direct bank transfer (details shared upon request).

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the digital and time-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on services once work has begun.

  • If a client cancels a project before work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, graphics, and custom code developed for your website will be your property after full payment.

  • Themes and plugins used in the project may be subject to third-party licensing.

  • We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing timely content, images, and approvals.

  • Delay in communication may affect the project timeline and final delivery.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final version of your website before it goes live.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from SEO or web design.

  • We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data due to the use of our services or technical issues.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Hosting & Third-Party Services

  • If hosting is provided by us, we will manage basic uptime and support.

  • For third-party services (like themes, hosting, plugins), their respective terms and conditions apply.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from external providers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and United Kingdom (as applicable, based on client location). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India or London, UK.
